What is Zone Face Lift?

The Zone Face Lift is a holistic facial treatment that combines traditional reflexology methods, pressure-point massage and ancient healing techniques from Native American shamans.

Developed by renowned reflexologist Ziggie Bergman, my tutor, this treatment is often referred to as a natural alternative to botox or fillers. It focuses on stimulating specific reflex points on the face to improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles, and lift sagging areas, while also promoting relaxation and emotional release.

The face will be sculpted, toned and lifted using unique techniques and the award winning Zone Face Lift Elixir. Each session will be customised to focus on your specific needs and includes the use of specialised tools like mushrooms, gua sha and an acupressure roller. If suitable this treatment closes with either palo santo or sage ‘smudging’ to release negative energy and attract the positive.

the Zone Face Lift goes beyond skincare, providing a comprehensive, holistic experience that enhances both the appearance and the wellbeing of the client.

Key benefits

Enhanced Skin Appearance: Improves skin texture, reduces puffiness, and encourages a glowing complexion as the treatment Increases oxygen and blood flow to the skin.

Natural Lift: Helps sculpt the jaw and neck line, tighten, plump and lift the face, providing a more youthful appearance as it naturally stimulates collagen and elastin.

Smooths out fine lines and wrinkles: This is due to the release of stored emotions held in the face. It leaves you with a healthy glow and feeling more lifted both inside and out

Detoxification: Stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping the body release toxins.

Stress Relief: Promotes a sense of inner peace and relaxation, easing stress and anxiety.

Holistic Healing: Works on reflex points to encourage overall physical and emotional wellbeing, aligning body and mind.

The Zone Face Lift is often done over a course of treatments to support long-lasting results, but even a single session can leave you feeling revitalised, both inside and out.

It’s an excellent choice for individuals looking for a natural alternative to botox or fillers, offering a cosmetic improvement without chemical procedures. Who is the treatment not suitable for?

The Zone Face Lift, though generally safe and gentle, has some contraindications. Here are conditions where it may be best to avoid or proceed with caution.

  • Severe Skin Conditions: Individuals with active skin infections, rashes, eczema, or severe acne may need to avoid the treatment until the condition improves.

Recent Facial Surgery or Cosmetic Procedures: If you've recently had facial surgery, fillers, botox or other cosmetic procedures, it's advisable to wait until you are fully healed before receiving a Zone Face Lift. Generally it’s 3 weeks after botox, 3 months after fillers and for surgery it’s bewteen 3-6 months depending on how you are healing.

Pregnancy (First Trimester): Reflexology, including the facial version, may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy. After this period, it’s typically considered safe, but always with a doctor’s approval.

Severe Circulatory Disorders: Conditions like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or uncontrolled high blood pressure may require avoiding treatments that involve pressure and stimulation.

Epilepsy: Reflexology and Zone Face Lift treatments may overstimulate the nervous system, potentially triggering a seizure in individuals with epilepsy. It’s best to consult with your doctor prior to booking a treatment.

Recent Injury or Trauma to the Face: If you’ve had a recent injury to your face or head, you should wait until fully healed to prevent any further discomfort or complications.

Active Cold Sores or Herpes: It’s best to avoid facial treatments when dealing with cold sores or herpes outbreaks to prevent spreading the infection.

Cancer Treatments: Those undergoing cancer treatment, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy, should consult their healthcare provider before receiving Zone Face Lift treatments, as some techniques may interfere with their medical care.

Fever or Acute Illness: It’s not recommended as it may overstimulate the body causing a healing crisis reaction. Treatments should be cancelled/rescheduled until you have fully recovered.
