  • A typical reflexology session lasts about 60 minutes. The treatment itself is 40 minutes with the rest of the time spent in preparation and after care.

    However, your first session would take a total of 90 minutes as there is an initial consultation to discuss your medical history and any other concerns. This allows your reflexologist to tailor a treatment plan to fit your specific needs.
